Covet Foundation<\/strong><\/a> had the pleasure to talk with Rui Palmas from M\u00e3o de Fogo<\/em><\/a>, <\/strong>an amazing project that repairs and builds bronze sculptures<\/strong> since 2001,for an exclusive interview. Rui confessed that all the art pieces they create are intricate and demand dedication<\/strong> and passion<\/strong>, this means the one which marks them most is always the current one they are working with.<\/p>\n

However, he highlights their participation in the creation of I\u2019m you<\/em> mirror for Joana Vasconcelos<\/strong>\u2019 atelier, due to the huge amount of talented hands<\/strong> involved and to the difficulty of working with such a colossal masterpiece<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Currently, they are focused on working bronze<\/strong> to create massive sculptures<\/strong> with exquisite finishes to give them a mirror-like shine.<\/p>\n
