Vincenzo De Cotiis<\/strong><\/em><\/u> is a very talented architect<\/strong> and artist<\/strong> who was born in 1958 in Gonzaga, Italy<\/strong>. He studied architecture at the Milan Politecnico and founded his studio<\/strong><\/a> and gallery<\/strong> dedicated to contemporary collectible<\/strong> and furniture design<\/strong> in 1997.<\/p>\n

The sublime beauty of the patina<\/strong>\u00a0created with the passage of time is evoked both in his architectural<\/strong> and luxury interior designs<\/strong> throughout the world. His research is based on a contemporary\u00a0approach to recycled materials<\/strong>, often marked by time and wear, and\u00a0reinterpreted thanks to\u00a0the\u00a0incorporation of\u00a0new and\u00a0precious materials<\/strong>. His creative process<\/strong> merges a constant intellectual and artistic discovery<\/strong> with the precision and passion of an artisan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

His aesthetic<\/strong> integrates a \u201cperfect imperfection\u201d, obtained by initial decomposition<\/strong> followed by recomposition, using new materials and their expressive potential and then bringing to life art pieces which are reminiscence of nature<\/strong> and abstract forms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Vincenzo De Cotiis is also considered one of the protagonists of the international<\/strong> collectible design<\/strong> scene. Filled with a profound contemporary sensibility, his recent work pieces rewrite iconic themes<\/strong> from past art movements<\/strong>. His pieces, collectible<\/strong>, unique<\/strong> and exclusive<\/strong>, are exhibited at his gallery<\/strong> in Milan<\/strong>, and at leading international design fairs, such as Design Miami\/ Basel<\/strong><\/a>, PAD London<\/strong>, Design Dubai<\/strong>, TEFAF<\/strong> and Art Paris<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
