Melissa has chosen to showcase its pieces again in the core of the Brera Design District, Via Palermo 1. There we will be able to admire the installation that was created by Campana featuring Brazilian NGO Projeto Arrastão, using pieces of crochet handcrafted by the NGO, Brazilian master artisans and Melissa.

The crochet pieces were assembled in a pyramidal structure in the center of the main hall, submerging the visitor in Melissa’s universe and in the heritage of one of the most long-lasting and successful collaborations in its history.

The project is associated to the presentation of the new Melissa/Campana “Crochet” collection, composed of three products with the same characteristic and traditional crochet weave and an exclusive limited-edition shoe in metallic red, available for purchase only in the pop-up shop at Via Palermo 1 and shopmelissa.it.

The world of the Campana Brothers is a world of possibilities, a world where all things are made possible. Fernando and Humberto’s work shows us that, in order to belong to the world, first we need to embrace our own homeland. It is by celebrating their country’s culture that they cross boundaries. In a single step, they go from Brazil to Italy, from São Paulo to Rome.
